Abstract
Traumatic tricuspid valve regurgitation and coronary artery dissection are rare complications of blunt chest trauma. We report a case of acute severe traumatic tricuspid valve regurgitation and right coronary artery dissection in a young male patient with unremarkable medical history after a road traffic accident.
